- 40g dried shirasu (whitebait)
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white toasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the komatsuna and cut into 4cm pieces. Place the komatsuna and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (grated garlic, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds).
Add the komatsuna and dried shirasu to the bowl and mix well.
