INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked brown rice
Vegetables
- 130g chopped kkakdugi
Seasoning
- 1/4 cup kkakdugi juice
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 1 tsp black pepper
- To taste seaweed flakes
- 🥚 1 fried egg
ÉTAPES
Chop the kkakdugi into coarse pieces.
Heat a pan and melt the butter.
Add the chopped kkakdugi to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour in the kkakdugi juice and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the cooked brown rice and stir-fry until well combined.
Mix in gochujang, red pepper flakes, and oligosaccharide for a spicy and sweet flavor.
Sprinkle black pepper generously and stir-fry until evenly distributed.
Top the fried rice with seaweed flakes and a fried egg.
