- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice

- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 A small amount of kimchi
Condiments
- 🧴 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌭 0.5 tsp mustard
- Teriyaki sauce or tonkatsu sauce as needed
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🦪 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
Garnish
- Seaweed as needed
ÉTAPES
Place 1 bowl of cooked rice neatly in a serving bowl.
Beat 2 eggs and cook them into scrambled eggs.
Cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry with 0.5 tbsp sesame oil and 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce.
Place scrambled eggs and stir-fried kimchi on top of the rice.
Drain the oil from 1/2 can of tuna and mix it with 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp sugar, and 0.5 tsp mustard.
Layer the tuna mixture on top of the eggs and kimchi.
Drizzle mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce in a crisscross pattern over the top.
