Main Ingredients
- 🥬 2 cups diced kimchi
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🍚 2.5 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- 🥚 1 fried egg per serving
ÉTAPES
Dice the kimchi into bite-sized pieces and prepare the kimchi juice.
Chop the green onion and drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
Add the chopped green onion to the pan and stir-fry to make green onion oil.
Add the drained tuna to the pan and stir-fry with the green onion oil.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce onto the other side.
Add the diced kimchi and kimchi juice to the pan and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar and stir-fry. Taste and adjust sugar if the dish is too sour.
Add 2.5 cups of cooked rice and stir-fry using a spatula.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
Prepare a fried egg for each serving and place it on top of the rice.
Serve the fried rice hot and enjoy.
