Essential Ingredients
- 🥬 1.5 cups chopped kimchi
 - 🧀 1 cup shredded pizza cheese
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
 - 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
 
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍯 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 
Optional Garnishes
- 🌽 A small amount of canned corn
 - A small amount of seaweed flakes
 
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion and sauté it in a heated pan with a generous amount of cooking oil until fragrant.
Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry with the green onion.
Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and add soy sauce and brown sugar to the edge of the pan to create a smoky flavor.
Add chili powder last and stir-fry to create the kimchi rice base.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice with the kimchi base and mix well.
Spread the mixed rice evenly in a pan with some oil and press it down to form a flat layer.
Add shredded pizza cheese to one side of the rice, cover with a lid, and cook for about 30 seconds until the cheese melts.
Fold the rice in half, transfer to a plate, and garnish with seaweed flakes and canned corn.
