INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork belly block
 
Vegetables
- 200g kimchi
 - 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
 
Oil & Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
 
Seasonings
- 150cc water
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 1 pinch salt
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into quarters and separate the layers.
Slice the pork belly into 2cm wide pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and cook for about 2 minutes, flipping until browned. Add onion and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning mix (water, sake, salt, gochujang, garlic) and kimchi. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove the lid and mix in ground sesame seeds.
