INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 1/2 can drained tuna
- 🍚 2/3 cup warm cooked rice
- 1/4 cup crushed seaweed flakes
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Drain the oil from 1/2 can of tuna and chop 1 cup of kimchi into small pieces.
Mix all the seasonings (cooking wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce, corn syrup, gochujang, and black pepper) in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the tuna and kimchi over high heat.
Add 2/3 cup of warm cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the prepared gochujang sauce and stir continuously to prevent sticking.
Crush seaweed flakes in a ziplock bag until fine and set aside.
Shape the cooled kimchi fried rice into bite-sized balls.
Roll the rice balls in crushed seaweed flakes until evenly coated.
