    • 50g spam
    • 1 bowl cooked rice
    • 1 cup pizza cheese

    • 1/4 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Add spam, kimchi, and sugar to the pan and stir-fry.

Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with the mixture.

Turn off the heat and add sesame oil to finish the fried rice.

Beat eggs and cook into a thin omelet sheet.

Melt pizza cheese in the microwave for 1 minute.

Place seaweed on a bamboo mat, spread fried rice evenly, and layer with egg sheet and melted cheese. Roll tightly to form gimbap.
