INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cups fermented kimchi
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings somen noodles
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp oligo syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Place the kimchi in a large bowl and cut it into bite-sized pieces using scissors. Prepare about 2 cups of kimchi.
Chop 1/4 onion into chunks and add it to the bowl with the kimchi.
Add chili powder, oligo syrup, cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to create the sauce.
Boil water and cook the somen noodles until tender.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain them well.
Add the drained noodles to the prepared sauce and mix well.
Serve the Kimchi Bibim Guksu and enjoy!
