Sauce Ingredients
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 🍦 1 tbsp yogurt
- 🧂 5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the cabbage, carrot, and onion. For sandwiches, slice them thin and long.
Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add sugar and salt.
Add milk and yogurt to the bowl. This is key to achieving a store-bought taste.
Add mayonnaise generously as per the recipe to avoid blandness.
Add vinegar and lemon juice for a tangy flavor. Lemon vinegar can also be used.
