- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp flour
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and place them in a clean bowl.
Add soy sauce, pepper, ginger powder, minced garlic, and mirin to the bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add cornstarch and flour to the marinated chicken and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan to a medium temperature suitable for frying. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve the karaage on a plate. Perfect as a beer snack!
