- Meat - 🥩 4 slices thinly sliced pork belly

ÉTAPES
Wash the island shallots in water, rub to remove the thin skin, and trim the root ends.
Cut the pork belly slices in half and season with salt and pepper. Wrap each shallot with a piece of pork.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped shallots seam-side down and cook, rolling occasionally, until golden brown. Serve on a plate with lemon wedges.
