Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
 
Sweeteners
- 🍯 6 tbsp honey
 
Powders
- 2-3 tbsp soybean powder
 
Cheese
- 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese (optional)

- 🌰 2 tbsp almond slices
 
Rice Cake
- 12 pieces injeolmi
 
Oil
- 🧈 Adequate amount of cooking oil or butter
 
ÉTAPES
Spread honey on one side of two slices of bread.
Place 6 pieces of injeolmi on one slice of bread. Optionally, add cheddar cheese on the other slice.
Combine the two slices of bread to form a sandwich.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil or butter.
Cook the sandwich on low heat until golden brown on both sides. Cover the pan with a lid.
Cut the sandwich diagonally into halves.
Spread honey on the surface of the sandwich halves.
Sprinkle soybean powder over the sandwich using a sieve for even distribution.
Top with almond slices for garnish.
