INGRÉDIENTS
Dough
- 🧈 100g softened butter
- 250g cake flour
- 3g baking powder
- 🧂 80g brown or white sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
- Optional chocolate pen for decoration
ÉTAPES
Cream the softened butter until smooth.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add the egg and mix using both hands.
Sift the cake flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold until no dry flour is visible.
Form the dough into a ball using your hands.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Decorate with chocolate pens or other toppings as desired.
