- 100g dried pollack strips
- 100g konjac
- 20g dried seaweed
- 20g perilla powder
- 🧈 50g tofu
- 10g soybean paste
- 10g fish sauce
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 🧄 10g garlic
- 5g sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mix tofu with soybean paste until evenly combined.
Grind shiitake mushroom and garlic together.
Soak dried seaweed until fully rehydrated.
Simmer dried pollack strips, ground shiitake mushroom, and garlic in a pot to create broth.
Slice konjac into thin pieces and blanch in boiling water.
Remove pollack from broth, blend with tofu-soybean paste mixture, and return to the broth. Add seaweed, konjac, perilla powder, and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with fish sauce.
