- 🧈 140g melted butter

ÉTAPES
Mix the hotcake mix and sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Add the beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until smooth.
Melt the butter slightly in the microwave and let it cool slightly.
Add the melted butter to the batter and mix thoroughly.
Line muffin tins with parchment paper and fill each cup about 70% full with batter. Top with sliced almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 25-30 minutes.
