- 🍑 1 peach, peeled and diced
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🧂 1 cup sugar
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Peel the peach and dice it into small cubes.
Mix 2 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar. Adjust sugar to taste if you prefer less sweetness.
In a pot, combine the sugar water and diced peach, then bring to a boil.
Soak 4 gelatin sheets in cold water until softened.
Turn off the heat, add the softened gelatin sheets and 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and stir well.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it into containers and refrigerate until set.
Once set, enjoy your homemade peach pudding!
