- 🐖 200-300g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 medium onions
- 🥬 1/8 piece cabbage
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 130g black bean paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 pinches MSG
- A dash of black pepper
- Generous amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare 130g of black bean paste for use.
Marinate 300g minced pork with 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and a dash of black pepper.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and sauté green onion until fragrant.
Add 130g black bean paste to the pan and stir-fry on low heat for 3-4 minutes until it forms clumps.
Mix the marinated pork with the black bean paste and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.
Add chopped cabbage and onions to the pan and mix well.
Cover the pan and let the vegetables soften for a few minutes.
Season the dish with 2 tbsp sugar and 2-3 pinches of MSG to balance the flavors.
Serve the black bean sauce over rice or noodles, and garnish with cucumber slices and a fried egg.
