INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦑 2 cups of squid, cleaned and sliced
Meat
- 🐖 1 cup of pork, thinly sliced
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cup of cabbage, shredded
- 🥕 1 cup of carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1 cup of zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1 cup of onion, sliced
- 1 small cup of green chili peppers, sliced
- 1 cup of chives, chopped
- 🧅 1 stalk of scallion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tsp of ginger, minced
- 🧂 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 small cup of chili powder
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp of salt
Others
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- 💧 2 cups of water
- 🍜 1 serving of cooked noodles
ÉTAPES
Prepare all vegetables by slicing and julienning as needed. Clean and slice the squid.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté scallions to make scallion oil.
Add pork slices to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Add soy sauce to the pan and mix well.
Add the prepared vegetables (cabbage, carrot, zucchini, onion) and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add sliced green chili peppers and continue stir-frying.
Sprinkle chili powder evenly over the mixture and stir well.
Add water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add chopped chives and let the soup simmer for a minute.
Serve the soup over cooked noodles and enjoy.
