- 10 strips of kimbap ham
- 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 🥕 Desired amount of carrot, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp pancake mix
- 🥚 5 eggs
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the kimbap ham into strips of desired length.
Soak the ham in hot water for 10 minutes to remove excess salt.
Finely chop the onion, green onion, and carrot.
Drain the ham and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Combine the chopped vegetables and ham in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, pancake mix, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the bowl.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and spoon the mixture into small pancake shapes.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, then drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
