    • 3g instant dry yeast
    • 🥛 75g milk

    • 🧀 4 slices cheese
  • Seasoning

    • Mayonnaise as needed
    • Mustard sauce as needed
    • Ketchup as needed
    • Parsley flakes as needed

ÉTAPES

Combine all dough ingredients and knead using a mixer. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes for the first fermentation.

Deflate the dough and shape it into a ball. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes for intermediate fermentation.

Roll out the dough thinly, leaving 2cm at the edge. Spread mustard and mayonnaise evenly.

Place ham and cheese slices on the dough, then roll it tightly. Pinch the edges to seal.

Place the rolls into muffin tins and let them rise for 40 minutes for the second fermentation.

Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise in a zigzag pattern on top of the rolls. Sprinkle parsley flakes, then bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
