- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 1 handful chopped kimchi
- 70g diced ham
- 🧀 1 slice cheese per serving
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of sugar
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of black sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Dice the ham and stir-fry it with a drizzle of sesame oil until lightly browned. Set aside.
Chop the kimchi and stir-fry it with a pinch of sugar and sesame oil until softened. Set aside.
Mix the cooked rice with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds. Optionally, add sesame oil and salt to taste.
Prepare a container lined with plastic wrap. Coat the wrap lightly with sesame oil.
Press a layer of rice into the container, then place a slice of cheese on top.
Add the stir-fried ham and kimchi on top of the cheese. Use a moderate amount of kimchi to avoid overpowering the dish.
Top with another layer of rice and press firmly to shape the rice burger. Let it sit briefly to maintain its form.
