ÉTAPES
Prepare the ground pork.
Place the ground pork in a pan and add 3 tbsp soy sauce.
Add 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, a dash of pepper, and a small amount of mirin.
Cook the pork until it becomes crumbly and fully cooked.
Remove the stems from the button mushrooms by gently pushing them out.
Fill the mushroom caps with the cooked ground pork.
Top each stuffed mushroom with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
Serve the ground pork stuffed mushrooms warm.
