- 🥒 1 medium zucchini, sliced 0.5cm thick
 
Seasonings
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 - 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds
 - 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
 - 1 tbsp minced red chili
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the zucchini into 0.5cm thick pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat a pan with oil and grill the zucchini slices on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Combine the grilled zucchini with the prepared sauce and mix gently.
