ÉTAPES
Slice the eggplants lengthwise into halves and score them with a crisscross pattern. Chop the green onion finely.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and grill the eggplants on both sides until golden brown.
