- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped scallion
- A small amount of chopped green chili
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the eggplants thoroughly and slice them diagonally into pieces about 0.8–1 cm thick.
Place the eggplant slices on a heated pan and grill them without oil. Sprinkle a small amount of salt while grilling.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, sesame oil, scallion, garlic, sesame seeds, and optionally chopped green chili.
Add the grilled eggplants to the seasoning mixture.
Mix the eggplants gently to allow the seasoning to soak in. Serve immediately.
