- 3 slices bacon
 - 🟢 80g green peas
 - 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
 - 1/2 tbsp olive oil
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp consomme
 - 💧 400ml water
 
Toppings
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
 - a pinch of black pepper
 
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add bacon, and sauté briefly. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
Add the seasonings (salt, consomme, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the green peas, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve in bowls, sprinkle with grated cheese, and season with black pepper.
