INGRÉDIENTS
Batter
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Filling
- 3 strips bacon
- 1 cup blanched oysters
- 1/2 handful chives
- 1/3 handful green onions
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
ÉTAPES
Mix pancake mix, water, gochujang, and 1 tbsp cooking wine to create the batter.
Cut chives into 5–6 cm lengths.
Cut green onions into similar lengths as chives.
Slice the red chili thinly.
Slice bacon into thin strips.
Blanch oysters briefly in boiling water, then squeeze out excess moisture. Mix with 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Combine the batter with bacon, chives, green onions, red chili, oysters, and egg.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread the batter evenly.
Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
