Broth
- 2 broth cubes
 
ÉTAPES
Add 500ml water and 1 tbsp fish sauce to a pot.
Add salt and ground pepper, then bring the mixture to a boil.
Beat 4 eggs thoroughly and pour them into the boiling water.
Wait until the eggs are cooked, then add a generous amount of green onions.
Skim off any foam using a spoon.
Sprinkle ground pepper on top and serve.
