- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp flour
ÉTAPES
Wash the chicken breast and ginseng. Slice the ginseng into halves and clean thoroughly.
Lightly chop the chicken breast to create a coarse texture.
Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, plum extract, corn syrup, minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Combine the chopped ginseng, chicken breast, and marinade. Add flour to bind the mixture. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Heat a pan with oil and shape the marinated mixture into patties. Cook on low heat.
Flip the patties carefully to maintain their shape. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Garnish with thinly sliced ginseng and serve warm.
