Skewers
- 3 sticks rice cake
- 3 sticks sausage
- A small amount of starch
Sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- A small amount of soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Coat rice cakes and sausages with starch and arrange them alternately. Lightly oil a pan and grill them. Steam frozen rice cakes slightly before use to prevent cracking.
Grill skewers evenly until golden brown. Cut them in half if too long.
Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic in olive oil to make garlic oil. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir-fry.
Coat the skewers with the sauce and grill them again until the sauce sticks well. Serve on a plate or skewer them for easy eating.
