- Seafood - 🐙 150g boiled octopus
 
- Vegetables - 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs parsley
 
- Condiments - 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
 
ÉTAPES
Cut off the ends of the cucumber, lightly smash it with a rolling pin, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core. Mince the parsley.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and cucumber, then stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until coated with oil.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and add parsley. Stir-fry briefly to combine flavors.
