Chicken Marinade
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
ÉTAPES
Score the chicken drumsticks and marinate them with garlic, rice wine, ginger juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Finely chop the garlic needed for the garlic sauce.
Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on a baking tray.
Bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes. Optionally, add whole garlic cloves to roast alongside.
Combine soy sauce, water, corn syrup, sugar, vinegar, and garlic in a pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Lightly sauté the garlic in the sauce to remove its raw taste.
Add the baked chicken drumsticks to the garlic sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serve the garlic sauce-coated chicken drumsticks warm.
