INGRÉDIENTS
- Seafood - 🦑 1 squid (200g), cleaned and cut
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 leek, sliced diagonally into 2cm pieces
 
- Aromatics - 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the leek diagonally into 2cm pieces. Mince the garlic and ginger.
Clean the squid by removing the innards, eyes, beak, and cartilage. Rinse the body and tentacles under water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant. Add the leek and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the squid and sake to the pan. Stir-fry until the squid changes color. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well before serving.
