- 🥩 400g sirloin steak
Vegetables
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- A small amount of cabbage
Cheese
- 🧀 A small amount of Grana Padano cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A small amount of pepper
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
ÉTAPES
Slice the garlic and sauté it in a pan with generous olive oil to create a garlic aroma.
Add the sirloin steak to the pan and cook. If available, add butter for enhanced flavor. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion into large pieces and shred the cabbage. Once the steak loses its redness, add the onion and cabbage and continue to stir-fry.
Add all the seasonings and stir-fry until the cabbage softens completely.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, place the cube steak mixture on top, and finish with a sprinkle of Grana Padano cheese.
