- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped minari
- 🥩 1 cup ground beef
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Beef Marinade
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Clean and finely chop the minari.
Marinate the ground beef with garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, plum extract, and green onion.
Heat a pan with a little olive oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until 80% cooked.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with the beef until well combined.
Add the chopped minari, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then stir-fry briefly until fragrant.
