ÉTAPES

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together.
Gradually add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture in three parts.
Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder into the mixture.
Divide the batter into four molds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 12 minutes.
Let the fondant cool slightly before serving.
