Main Ingredients
- 1 tbsp flying fish roe
- Seaweed flakes to taste
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🐟 1 large can tuna
Seasonings
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 🥪 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
If you dislike the fishy smell of flying fish roe, mix it with 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. This step is optional.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and mix it well with mayonnaise and flying fish roe. Add sugar and black pepper to taste.
Mix cooled rice with sesame oil and the prepared filling. Shape into desired rice ball sizes.
Place rice balls and seaweed flakes in a plastic bag and shake to coat the rice balls evenly with seaweed flakes.
