INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 150g cooked white rice
 
Seafood
- 2 tbsp shirasu (whitebait)
 
Oils & Fats
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 - 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
 
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
 - 🥛 70cc milk
 - 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
 
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and stir quickly while cooking.
When the mixture starts to thicken, reduce the heat to very low. Once it reaches a creamy consistency, remove from heat and mix in the shirasu.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the egg mixture, and garnish with chopped green onion and a dollop of butter.
