    • 🧂 1 cup soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine

Prepare the broth ingredients by chopping radish, green onion, onion, and green chilies.
