Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Thread fish cakes and rice cakes alternately onto skewers.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, and black sesame seeds.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pan-fry the skewers until golden on both sides.
Brush the sauce onto the skewers and continue cooking, flipping occasionally to caramelize the sauce.
