- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- suitable amount green onion
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
- 🥚 1 fried egg
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the fish cake and onion thinly, and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the fish cake, onion, and green onion for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly absorbed.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the ingredients.
Finish stir-frying and transfer the fried rice to a serving bowl.
Top the fried rice with a fried egg and serve.
