    • 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
  • Meat

    • 3-4 slices spam, sliced
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
    • A pinch of black pepper
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp cooking oil

ÉTAPES

Prepare the ingredients. Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and rinse them. Slice the spam and onion.

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over high heat. Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add the enoki mushrooms and 0.5 tsp of salt. Stir well and cook until the mushrooms soften.

Add the sliced spam and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle black pepper and mix again. Adjust seasoning with additional salt if needed.
