ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the enoki mushrooms, rinse under running water, and cut into thirds.
Chop the onion finely. Optionally, chop green chilies for added spice.
In a mixing bowl, combine enoki mushrooms, chopped onion, green chilies, eggs, pancake flour, salt, and pepper.
