ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In the same bowl with the enoki mushrooms, add canned tuna, soy sauce, and bonito flakes. Mix well and serve in a dish.
