    • 1 slice thinly sliced spam
    • 1 green chili
    • 🥒 1/4 cucumber, julienned
    • 30-40g enoki mushrooms

    • a pinch of pepper

Slice the green chili diagonally, julienne the cucumber, and cut the spam into 5 pieces. Trim the enoki mushrooms and divide them into smaller portions.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil. Spread all prepared ingredients evenly in the pan.

Once the ingredients are slightly cooked, crack 3 eggs into the pan. Let the whites cook slightly, then break the yolks and season with salt and pepper.
