- 🦪 1 cup oysters
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 1/2 red chili, minced
- 💧 600ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- A dash of perilla oil
- 🧂 A dash of black pepper
- A dash of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion thinly.
Wash the oysters and drain them using a sieve.
Mince the green and red chilies. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot and add the sliced green onion.
Add the oysters, green chilies, and red chili to the boiling water.
Add fish sauce and pour the beaten eggs slowly into the soup. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve the soup in a bowl and garnish with perilla oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds.
