INGRÉDIENTS
- Rice - 🍚 300g cooked white rice
 
- Seafood - 1 piece cod roe
 
- Vegetables - 🌱 80g frozen edamame
 
- Cheese / Dairy - 🧀 3 tbsp grated cheese
 
- Condiments - 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Cooking Oil - As needed salad oil
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
 
ÉTAPES
Remove the edamame beans from their pods.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add the cod roe, and cook both sides. Add sake and mirin, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove the cod roe and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix warm rice, grated cheese, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Add the edamame and cod roe, then gently mix.
