- 1 bag soybean sprouts
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- Some green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced

Seasoning Ingredients

- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ✨ A little sesame seeds
- A little sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Wash the soybean sprouts, slice the onion, and chop the green onion and green chili.
Mix all seasoning ingredients except sesame oil and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and add the soybean sprouts, onion, and green onion.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry, mixing well with a spatula.
Once the sauce is well combined, add the green chili and mix again.
Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve.
