- 🥔 1 medium potato, peeled and sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Broth Ingredients
- 1 piece dried kelp
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
- 1 tbsp dried anchovies or dashida
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil 600ml of water with kelp, dried shrimp, and anchovies to make broth.
Peel and slice the potato into thin, flat pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the potato slices over medium heat.
Cook for 3–5 minutes until the potatoes become slightly sticky.
Add the prepared broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
Beat the eggs until smooth, avoiding bubbles.
Pour the beaten eggs into the boiling soup while stirring gently.
Add chopped green onion and season with shrimp paste, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
